Orders & shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Vancouver workshop. Transit is typically 3–5 days within Canada and the US.
Do you ship internationally?
US and Canada for now. International is on the roadmap — write to us if you'd like to be notified when it goes live.
Returns & care
What's your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. We'll cover return shipping for any piece that arrives damaged or doesn't meet expectations.
How do I care for my piece?
Hand wash with mild soap, dry immediately, and re-oil every 6–12 months. Full guide on the Care page.
