Care & Cleaning
Wipe with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild dish soap and dry immediately.
Re-oil every 6–12 months with our bamboo conditioner (or any food-safe mineral oil) to maintain the finish. Bamboo naturally resists odors and bacteria — no special cleaners needed.
Avoid: the dishwasher, prolonged water exposure, oven proximity, and citrus-based cleaners.

How do I know which size to choose?
Measure your appliance's footprint and add 1″ on each side. Most coffee makers and air fryers fit the 12 × 16″. KitchenAid stand mixers fit the 13 × 18″. We have a size guide with measurements for every common appliance.
Will it scratch my countertop?
No. Our smooth-rubber feet are non-marking and tested on granite, marble, quartz, butcher block, ceramic tile, and laminate. They distribute the appliance's weight more evenly than the small rubber pads built into most machines.
Does it really fit under a standard cabinet?
Yes — the assembled height is 0.85″, and standard upper cabinet clearance is 18″. As long as your appliance plus 0.85″ fits, the tray will too. The low-profile rubber feet are the trick.
What's the warranty?
Lifetime structural warranty. If the rubber wears, a screw strips, or the bamboo cracks under a normal load, we replace it. No receipt required — just a photo. We track every piece by batch.
