Care & Cleaning
Wipe with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild dish soap and dry immediately.
Re-oil every 6–12 months with our bamboo conditioner (or any food-safe mineral oil) to maintain the finish. Bamboo naturally resists odors and bacteria — no special cleaners needed.
Avoid: the dishwasher, prolonged water exposure, oven proximity, and citrus-based cleaners.

Which KitchenAid models does it fit?
The 4.5 qt and 5.5 qt tilt-head and bowl-lift KitchenAid stand mixers. The recessed cutouts on the underside align with the feet of both sizes.
Will it scratch my countertop?
No. The polyurethane wheels are non-marking and tested on granite, marble, quartz, butcher block, ceramic tile, hardwood, and laminate.
Does it fit under a standard cabinet?
Assembled height is 0.85″. Standard upper cabinet clearance is 18″. As long as the mixer plus 0.85″ fits, the tray fits too.
What is the warranty?
Lifetime structural warranty. If a wheel fails, a screw strips, or the bamboo cracks under a normal load, we replace it. No receipt required — just a photo.
